SkyGazer Labs Ltd is a digital-health company based in Cambridge, United Kingdom. We build the mySymptoms app and a telehealth platform.

What we collect

Across our website and products we may process: contact details you send us, technical data (such as device and analytics information), and — within our apps — the health information you choose to record. Health data is sensitive personal data and is treated accordingly.

How we use it

To provide and improve our products, to respond to enquiries, to generate the insights our software is designed to surface, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Your data is yours

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can export the health records you create. Details of how to exercise these rights will be provided here.
